Three minute Zen.

If more people sat and paid attention to their own thoughts for an hour a day, say while walking, the world would be a more enlightened place.

That’s one of the few beliefs I’ll trot out there and get behind.

In that vein, I wanted to share a video I found on

You might want to share it, too, that is, if you have friends you secretly nickname “short attention span theatre” or “nethead,” or somesuch. You know, the kind that can’t stop looking at their phone or laptop while pseudo-interacting with other humans.

  1. I think what you posted made a great deal of sense.
But, consider this, what if you were to write a killer headline?

I ain’t saying your information isn’t good, however
what if you added a headline that grabbed a person’s attention?
I mean An unexpectedly Zen Youtube video. | the stanford pauper is a little boring.
You ought to look at Yahoo’s home page and
see how they create article titles to grab people
interested. You might add a video or a pic or two to get people interested about everything’ve written. Just my opinion,
it could bring your posts a little bit more interesting.
